Each campervan is fully stocked with all of the kitchen and sleeping gear needed for your trip (all you need to pack is clothes and food!). WHAT HAPPENS IF I HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD?
Especially when hitting the road in one of our Retro-Mod vehicles, inevitably, the occasional breakdown or system failure occurs.
We ask that before you get on the road, you read through our support information and policies and plan your road-bound travel accordingly.
Our support team is available by text from 8am-7pm daily. If your issue is vehicle related and not easily solved by a few back and forth texts, you may need to utilize AAA or roadside assistance (required for all rentals). We will refund you for any nights that you are physically unable to spend in the vehicle.
